Our story

Started in 1998. Same family. Same standards.

ALLIANCE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICES LIMITED began as a small maintenance firm in 1998. Over more than 25 years the work grew into a full home-improvement service — windows, doors, conservatories, roofing, bathrooms and complete property care.

What has not changed is who picks up the phone. The company is still family-run. Quotes are still free. The team still tidies up before leaving. A slipped tile and a large extension are treated with the same care.

That is why so many jobs come from neighbours, friends of friends, and customers we worked for years ago. The registered office is at Unit 3 Stanley Court, Shearway Business Park, Shearway Road, Folkestone, Kent, CT19 4FJ, and the day-to-day work is home improvement across Greater Manchester.

We guarantee our workmanship for 2 years from completion. If a problem is caused by the way we installed or built something, we come back and put it right.

Product warranties

Many products we install come with a manufacturer warranty. The exact cover and duration depend on the product chosen and are confirmed in your quotation. Those warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by us.
