A modern kitchen in Norden, Rochdale, with fitted contemporary grey cabinetry, wall units, worktops and integrated appliances. The layout was planned so the appliances sit flush and the worktop run stays practical for everyday cooking.

Extensions · Oldham
A brick-built rear extension and full internal refurbishment in Shaw, Oldham. The new space holds a fitted kitchen, new windows and French doors, turning a cramped rear room into a place the household actually uses.
Kitchens · Milnrow · 4–6 weeks for the kitchen fit
A new kitchen layout inside a rear extension: sage shaker-style units, a marble-topped island, a breakfast bar and generous skylights overhead. The glazing does the lighting work so the room stays bright without a wall of downlights.
Dormers · 1–2 weeks for the external work
Full external re-clad of a tired cream uPVC dormer in anthracite shadow-line cladding, paired with new tile roofing and matching fascia detailing. A related bungalow conversion added a pitched-roof dormer and a usable first-floor room where there had only been loft space.
Windows · 1–2 days
A failed hardwood bay was replaced with a modern oak-effect uPVC casement, matched on both the front and rear elevations so the house still reads as one elevation.

A single-storey rear extension with new foundations, blockwork, a sandstone patio and a full set of anthracite aluminium bi-fold doors. The opening is the feature; the frame stays slim so the garden stays in view.
